What is Hotels-in-Prague.net? - is a Prague Hotels booking agency. We offer discounted hotel rooms in a number of carefully selected well managed hotels in Prague. The reservation service is open to anybody and is FREE to use - we charge NO FEES to our customers.
All the rates are given in czech crowns - CZK. All rates shown in other currencies are subject to change depending on daily foreign currency/CZK exchange rate. The payment is to be done directly at the hotel unless something else is agreed. A deposit may be requested for group reservations and for holiday periods such as New Year, Eastern. Prices are per room per night. They are not per person, but for the whole room. HIDDEN EXTRAS? There are no hidden extras; no extra service charges, taxes, booking fees or credit card fees.
1. Most hotels have high season prices from March 1st to October 31st.
2. Click the 'booking form' button This is the first step to making a booking. Every hotel's page has one of these buttons. When you click on the 'booking form' button, you will be taken to our booking form.
3. When you reach the booking form, you will see a number of spaces for you to type in your requirements and personal details. We need to know your dates of stay, what type of room you require, your name and address/email, etc. There is also a text box where you can tell us about any specialrequirements or instructions that you might have - for example, you may wish to be on a high floor or close to the lift. *Important: on the booking form, please ensure that your e-mail address is correct. If your e-mail address is incorrectly typed in, we will be unable to respond to your request.
4. You receive a reply from us – should the requested hotel be fully booked, we will send you an alternative offer. If you accept our offer, you will receive from us booking request form to be filled in (credit card details). As soon as we receive filled booking form from you, we will send you booking confirmation with the reservation number – this is to be presented upon arrival at the hotel.
5. Will my CREDIT CARD be charged? No, your credit card will NOT be charged. This gives us some security in case you don't arrive at the hotel without prior cancellation - if you don't arrive we will charge a cancellation fee
6. You'll receive full booking details. What do you get in your confirmation email? Your email will contain your booking reference number, booking details (room details, dates of stay, room rates, etc), hotel details including telephone number, details of how to cancel or amend your booking and details of how to contact us for any reason.
7. How long does it take before I get my email booking confirmation? Your email confirmation will usually be with you within 24 hours. We will always try to get the confirmation to you as soon as possible.
8. Is it possible to cancel my booking? YES, of course you can cancel your booking. You can do this completely free of charge as long as you cancel within the cancellation policy of the hotel. If you cancel in this way, there is NO charge whatsoever. The cancellation fee usually amounts to the cost of the first night's accommodation.
9. The booking process was completed when you received your confirmation email, all you have to do now is arrive at the hotel on your arrival date.
