All apartments and studios are fully equipped: comfortable kitchens have dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker and oven, as well as full set of kitchenware. Bathrooms have bathtubs or shower stalls, bidet, hair dryer, hotel cosmetics. Living room do have with satellite TV, telephone and ISDN internet plug-in, comfortable large sofa, which can be also used as an extra bed for two people. Bedrooms do have either king-size or twin beds. Balconies and roof gardens add to the atmosphere of the living conditions - only in presidential suite. Apartments and studios are equipped with exclusive furniture in antique style.

Studio: 3 studios on 1.-3. floor, 35m2 each, a large living room / bedroom, a small separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. Business Suite: 12 apartments on 1.-5. floor, 52m2 each, a large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and bathroom with shower. Executive Suite: 10 apartments on 1.-5. floor, 57m2 each, a large living room with kitchenette or a small separate kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. Presidential Suite: 2 apartments on the sixth floor, 120m2 each, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and second with shower), study and rooftop garden.
